With more and more women leaving corporate to go out on their own, The Voyagers felt like the right next step in my mission to elevate our field and the women in it.

As a business owner, I’ve learned that running a successful business in this field takes more than passion and expertise in communications. There are many nuances, decisions to be made, and strategic choices that shape what your business becomes. I’ve been able to grow my company in a way that feels genuine, intentional, and financially strong, while also creating the freedom to live a fulfilling life outside of work. 

The Voyagers is my way of helping women grow their businesses in a way that feels aligned and genuinely sustainable for the life they want to live.

The Voyagers is the first of its kind. 

We begin with an immersive in-person retreat where you join up to 10 members for two and a half days of working on your business, connecting with fellow women entrepreneurs in the field, and getting one-on-one counsel from Tara. 

Those who continue with The Harbor: The Ongoing Mentorship will gain access to additional learning opportunities, continued access, and ongoing accountability as well as zero-cost access to the Shoreline group.

Four Quarterly Working Sessions

For the hard decisions that show up after the retreat ends. 

Small group calls facilitated by Tara, built around the real decisions and challenges you’re navigating right now. Working sessions where you leave with clarity you didn’t have when you logged on.

An invitation to stop, recalibrate, and rest your strategy as needed. 

A facilitated half-day with Tara and your fellow Harbor members to revisit your goals, adjust your plan, and get real-time counsel from people who already know your business.
